I get an email from this guy, Michael Macdonald and I'm thinking he wants some input from canada's first nation hip hop folk?  Most likely an interview type deal for his paper...

Here's what he sent:

Quoted from Michael Macdonald
I'm working on my Master's degree in Ethnomusicology at Carleton University in Canada. I recently read your article published in Spirit Magazine, it was really great. (to clear this up, I - junior simpson - only contributed some things, and DID NOT write the article)

I'm working on a research project right now and looking at the change in folk music foms in Canada. For the last 6 months or so I've been looking into Hip-Hop performed by Canadian First Nations artists. It's really great. After reading your article I didn't figure I could go any further in my research without talking to you.

If you have any time to spare to answer a couple of questions for me I'd really appreciate it. And if there is anything I can do here to further your work please let me know.

Michael
